GAMER’S GUIDE TO PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING

Gamers2Disney XD’s Gamer’s Guide To Pretty Much Everything premieres Wednesday, July 22 with score and sfx by The Music Collective. The series follows video gamer Conor, aka KidFury, who is forced to attend public high school due to a thumb injury. He and his fellow gamers form the school’s first-ever gaming league, learning about a lot more than games in the process. Produced by Jim O’Doherty, Gamer’s Guide stars Cameron Boyce (Jessie)  as Conor. Wednesday at 9:30P.

THE MAKING OF THE MOB: NEW YORK

The-Making-Of-The-Mob-New-York1-e1428692986545Music from TMC will be featured in the new eight-part AMC mini-series The Making of the Mob: New York, premiering on Monday, June 15 at 10/9c. The series will follow the rise of Charles “Lucky” Luciano, Meyer Lansky, Benjamin “Bugsy” Siegel and others from their humble beginnings to the criminal entrepreneurs who turned the Mafia into an American institution. The series main title track is from Joe Eslick and the Dark Horse Band, of the Opus 1 Artist Series.

CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST

chrisley-240Chrisley Knows Best premiered on June 2 on USA Network and features music from The Music Collective. Airs Tuesdays at 9/8c. The show follows the attempts of “Patriarch of Perfection” Todd Chrisley’s attempts to micro-manage his colorful Southern family with homespun wisdom and acerbic wit.

Welcome Sebastian Cano-Besquet

SebastianThe Music Collective is proud to welcome the immensely gifted composer and orchestrator, Sebastian Cano-Besquet to the team. A native of Los Angeles, Cano-Besquet comes from a multi-talented musical family and grew up in an environment of popular and commercial music performance and recording. He trained at Yale and in Paris in European and American avant-garde concert music. He then attended the internationally acclaimed film scoring program at USC Thornton School of Music. His unique sensitivity blends emotional power with the drama of storytelling, whether for a film, a TV show, a video game or a brand. Sebastian has accrued a prodigious list of credits in every genre, including Gods Behaving Badly, Tyler Perry’s A Madea Christmas, The Monkey King, Dominion, and the upcoming Amazon Prime pilot Just Add Magic. His television score for the TV Pilot, Boots, was a winner at the Burbank International Film Festival.  We are very excited to have this extraordinarily talented musician join us at TMC.
